Established in 2018 in Manhattan, New York, Outstanding has a strong philosophy in supporting the best for the beauty industry. 

While searching for top-quality products, we found that Milbon closely aligned with our philosophy. Therefore, we started our partnership in 2018 to serve the Asian markets in NY State. In 2022, we expanded our territory to Long Island, NY.

Being an authorized distributor for Milbon has become a mission of providing the best products, education, and customer service. It is our top priority to serve the NYC and Long Island communities. We are proud to say we carry Milbon EXCLUSIVELY.
